This hybrid diamond core bits combines the long life of worldwide patent pending impregnated core bit technology with the high penetration rates of surface set style bits. The result is a fast cutting heavy duty diamond core bit that is ideal for drilling in soft rock. This product features:

• Tungsten carbide wear pads
• Large polycrystalline diamond pins

This product is designed for fast cutting in soft rock only, perfect for coal exploration projects.

The large (3mm x 5mm) polycrystalline diamond pins won’t dull or polish in the correct application. As the bits wears the cylindrical shape of the pins result in even drilling characteristics throughout the life of the bit.
